Refund Policy

The launch service is a fixed-scope Billing Pushback Packet for one engagement letter and up to twelve legal invoices.

If BillCheck does not deliver your packet by the promised deadline, you may request a refund of the service fee.

BillCheck does not refund because a law firm declines to adjust a bill or because the review does not identify a specific issue worth asking about.

The product is an organization and question-preparation service, not an outcome guarantee.
